i am currently residing in chinaplanning on renewing my visa for another year.

Question

My  nephew wants to visit this fall and have the ability to come and  go then come back. He wants to visit Japan and South Korea then come back for another short stay. He doesn't look like he would be eligible for the family visa so could we invite him for a F type. We are very close to him  as we  raised him for a while.

Audrey, you cannot invite for an F type because an invitation letter of a duly authorized unit is needed when applying for the F type. He can apply for a double-entry or multiple-entry tourist L type for that.
