About:Embassy of Saudi Arabia in China

Bangkok-Hong Kong-Shenzhen-Bangkok

I'm planning to go to HK in July from BKK, can I get 144h VISA for visiting Shenzhen? If yes, where I can apply for this?

No, you can’t because the 144 hour visa-free transit policy hasn’t been implemented in Guangdong province yet. You should apply for a visa in advance.
