About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Hi, I have already entered Beijing and will be doing a 2.5 month internship here.

Coming from Singapore, i'm allowed to stay in Beijing without a visa for up to 15 days. I was unable to obtain my visa due to time constraints back in Singapore, is it possible to apply for a visa in Beijing? Or is the only option to fly back to Singapore and apply for one there? Thank you!

Hi, John, you cannot apply for a visa in Beijing if you enjoy free entry to China. You are advised to go back to Singapore to make the application.
