Sine, you can apply for an S1 type for your daughter and then bring her to China.
The first step is to prepare the relevant documents including her passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from you, and copies of your passport and residence permit in China, as well as her birth certificate.
Next step is to submit the application to the CVASC to apply for the S1 type.
