You can take the airport shuttle bus line 7 to Shangnan Road West Huaxia Road Bus Stop first. This bus will work till 23:00 with the interval of 10-20 minutes. The ticket fare is CNY12/person. Upon arrival, you may need to take a taxi to the destination at the cost of CNY40-50 at night.I’m sorry that I have no idea whether there has an English website to check the public transportation.
