About:

please am a Ghanaian who's living in China here Guizhou Guiyang,

and am willing to travel to Australia this year for a tour, so please what are the visa requirements and which embassy can i apply it?

You need to prepare those materials including the completed application, your passport and copy of its data page, residence permit in China, financial support proof, hotel booking record and round trip air tickets.
You should apply from the embassy of Australia in Beijing.
