HI, we are working in a personal project, we came to China to Study the traditions and culture, we weren't sure about how many days the visa center could grant us, so we asked only for 30 days.our research and traveling didn't finish yet and we extended once for 1month more, will expires this june 1st.We need to extend more, what should we do??and for how long can we extend this S2 visa??

Adrian, first, you need to prepare the required documents including passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, and the supporting documents such as the invitation letter, or the relevant documents related to the personal project. Next, submit the application to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB 7 days earlier prior to the expiry date of the S2 type. Usually, the extended period won’t exceed the duration of stay of your current S2 type.
