Is it possible to buy a ticket online from Denmark for the shuttle Pudong-Hangzhou

I will arrive at Shanghai Pudong Terminal 2 on Thursday 18 May at 10.55 h. I would like to take the shuttle to Hangzhou at 14.00 h (3 h should be enough to get my luggage, get through passport control, go to the bus station at Terminal 1 and find the bus?)
