About:Shanghai Transportation

I am planning to take the Hotel-Shuttle bus at Shanghai Pudong Airport by 23:30.

Can I buy tickets at the airport or is it better to buy a local Public Transportation Card at airport if available?

You can buy the bus ticket at the airport directly. This bus will work till 01:00 at night. Don't worry.
