Applying for a L type in the US name is Cecilia

I currentlly hold a B1/B2 visa what do i need to apply for a L type in the US while i am on holiday

Cecilia, you need to prepare your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and a passport-style photo taken recently, proof of your legal stay in US, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record.
