About:China Business Visa

Would an F-visa be sufficient for an unpaid work at a Chinese summer camp?

However, the summer camp will pay transportation which includes round trip airfare and all necessary ground transportation, and hotels. Is that still Ok for the F-type? The summer camp will last 20 days. Thanks
