About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

change of airlines

I plan to fly to Chengdu from Australia, stay 65 hours, then fly to Spain. I will fly to Chengdu on Air China, and from Chengdu to Spain on Beijing Capital Air. Is change of airlines allowed in Chengdu under the 72 hour visa rules? Or is it only Beijing Airport that allows this?

Brain, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Chengdu if you only transit in Chengdu. Change of airlines will be okay then.
