About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

colleck and recheck baggage and layover for 14hours 45mins

Im holding a philippine passport working in russia.i have layover in guangzhou for 14hours 45mins and i need to collect and recheck my luggage.do i need a visa?

You don’t need it. You can use the 24 hour direct transit in Guangzhou. You just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport and then you can go to collect luggage and re-check.
