do some staff at shanghai pudong international airport speak english?

Hello,I am going to be a solo traveler going to Okinawa, Japan. I have one stop at Shanghai Pudong. After seeing many reviews I was wondering if you can provide me with the step needed to transfer easily and if they are signs in English or staff who speak English. Thanks in advance

Yes, as I know, most airport staffs can speak English. They are willing to help you finish the flight transfer. In addition, there are many detailed English signs at PVG. Don't worry. :)
