Can I hire the taxi at Beijing Capital Airport easily?

And how much in average for going to Novotel Beijing Sanyuan Hotel?

Yes, you can take a taxi at the airport easily. Here are the specific addresses of the Pick-up Points of each terminal.
T1: the outer lane out of the Gate 1 on the first floor
T2: the middle lane out of the Gate 5-9 on the first floor
T3: You may follow the signs at the airport to the point.
Generally, it will take CNY55-60 to your hotel by taxi in the day time.
