About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Thailand passport

I have USA passport, I will be traveling with friend who has Thailand passport (she has US visa). Flying from Bangkok to Los Angeles with stopover in Beijing. Is she allowed 72 hr visa?

Jo, Thailand passport holders don't qualify for the 72 hour direct transit in mainland China. She can use the 24 hour free transit if the stopover time in Beijing is within 24 hours.
