Opening hours Shaanxi museum Xian

On a forum I read that the museum closes for lunch break but on their site and in the guidebooks it's open from 9-17. Does anyone have up to date information?

Do you refer to Shaanxi History Museum? If yes, according to the information on the official website, the opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 from Nov.15 to Mar.15. The tickets are available before 16:00. Besides, it opens 08:30 to 18:00 from Mar.16 to Nov.14. And the tickets are available before 16:30. This museume is closed on Mondays.

It's indeed Shaanxi History museum. On Lonely wplanet forum is mentioned contrary to their site and guidebooks it closes for lunch so I'd like to know the actual situation
