What Visa need to wed and live in Henan,China

I am going to Henan .China to get married and live in China!!!!! Will make 3 to 5 trips a year docters checkups!!!! going to MDAnderson Hospital!!! What kind of Visa needed!!!! Have us passport

George, you are advised to apply for a tourist L type to get married in China, and then you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to change the L type to Q type to live in China if you will marry a Chinese.
