Lhasa Visa Application

I am a Singaporean. Can i apply for a Lhasa visa in HongKong or Guangzhou.

Hi, foreign tourists can not apply for the Tibet Travel Permit on their own. You can take the Tibet tour with a travel agency and the agency will handle the permit for you.
