About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I would like to re-visit Shanghai for a short term 5-7 days,

I previously held Visa for China 12 month multi entry, would I qualify for the 144 hour visa on arrival? with an entry departure confirmation?

Dear, 144 hour free transit is different from VOA. Only when you travel like country A-Shanghai (within 144 hours)-country B, you can apply for the 144 hour free transit facility. It is issued to those who transit in Shanghai.
