hello, from what i have read, it is possible to obtain a z type for from taiwan

Question

if you have an ARC and are here on a working visa, which I am.  If there is no Chinese Embassy or consulate here in Taiwan, where do I complete this process?  Thank you for any information.

If you want to apply in Taiwan, you need to find an agency to help you. Or you can try to apply from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK.
