What's the best way to go to Pudong airport from Grand Mecure Century Park located at Ying Chun Rd?

From your hotel, take a taxi to Science & Technology Museum first. Then take subway line 2 from there to Pudong Airport directly. The whole way takes around 50 mins. The ticket fare is CNY 6 per person.
