About:Chinese Embassy in Denmark

Can he get a visa for staying 2-3 months to China?

Hi, is a Danish who was born in Iraq and had been in Turkey several times possible to get a tourist L type to China which enables him to stay for 3 month? or 2 month? (He had been in China 3 years ago and stayed for one month)
