About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

How I can apply for my brother for Chinese visit visa . I'm already in china . I'm student here . so

How I can invite now my brother
He is now in Malaysia

First, you need to give him an invitation letter and copy of your passport and Chinese residence permit.
Besides, your brother should prepare other relevant documents: passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and passport-style photo taken recently, his residence permit in Malaysia, and your relationship certificate. Next, submit the application to CVASC to apply for the S2 type.
