About:China Private Visit Visa

S2 Visa to meet my Brother(Health issues)

I am currently residing in Hong Kong from last four months. My brother study in China with valid residence permit, but he has some health issue.

Is it possible to get S2 visa in Hong Kong to meet my brother in Mainland China?

Currently, I'm afraid it's not possible to get the S2 visa because of the epidemic situation.
