Are there any buses from Dujiangyan to Ya'an? What time do they depart?

You can take direct coach from Dujiangyan Passenger Transportation Center. The bus schedules are 07:10, 08:10, 09:20, 13:00 and 14:25. The ticket fare is CNY 42/46 per person.
