and I want to ask for visa to Hongkong for short time period only 4 day for family tour how /where can I ask for visa ????

You should first prepare copy of passport, a completed application form, a bareheaded color photo, bank savings account, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, and your travel plan. And then submit the application to Beijing office of HK government.
