You and your daughter can apply for a tourist visa for that.
First, prepare the relevant documents: copy of passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, travel itinerary, financial support proof, flight tickets and hotel booking record.
Next, submit the application to China embassy in India or post it to HK immigration department directly.
