About:Chinese Consulate in Zurich

What do I need to get a visa for PRC for UK citizen living in Zurich and where can I get it?

I am a UK citizen living in Zurich and will travel to Cheng Du in June 2017 to work at a Panda Sanctuary for 10 days. Is it possible for me to get a visa from the Consulate in Zurich rather than the embassy in Bern? What documents do I need to take with me and how long will it take to get it?
How can payment be made?

It's possible for you to get it from the Consulate in Zurich.
You should prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, your residence permit in Zurich, as well as an invitation letter and other relevant documents.
Usually, it takes four working days to process.
You need to pay in cash.
