My nephew current life

Hi. I have been very worried having sleepless night the day he got canning without his parents approval.
He has been a changed boy already but still loves me. I want to help him as now he is a heavy smoker but don know how! Can help he born 10 Dec 2001.

His parents can take him to a doctor to prescribe for him nicotine patches. It works for so many people to give up smoking.
