Can we take personal non prescription medication and medicinal hurbs into China?

We use food grade charcoal and olive leaf and B-12 white willow bark.

For medication, you can take small dose only enough for self use amount. There won't be a problem. However, you'd better take the doctor's prescript along with you just in case. For medicinal hurbs, as I know, it belongs to the prohibited items. You'd better not bring them.
