Transfer international to domestic flight at Beijing Capital Airport?

How to transfer; no checked bag. 2 hours enough time?
1. I arrive on Hawaiian Airlines from Honolulu. Does it arrive at T3-E? It is not on your list of airlines arriving at T3-E.

2. I have a 2-hour layover; then take Air China to Hangzhou. Is 2 hours enough time to go through customs/immigration and many security lines and check in at Air China? OR should I take a later flight?

3. Do I transfer from T3-E to T3-C to take Air China? I have no checked baggage, so do I still go to baggage area?

1. It will arrive at T3-F currently.
2. Actually, your transfer time is a little bit tight. You need to finish the transfer procedures as soon as possible. Or if possible, you are advised to change the schedule of your next flight.
3. The Air China Check-in Counters for domestic flights are located at West Side of Check-in Area J, Check-in Zone K and East Side of Check-in Area L.
The correct transfer procedures are Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection - Baggage Claim - Customs Inspection - Going through Transfer Formalities - Security check - Waiting & Boarding.
Thus, you still need to go through the baggage claim.
