About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Expecting to reach Pudong Airport on midnight but i need transport to hotel located at Pudong Area.

Which transport do you suggest ?

I’ll use the Pudong New Area as the destination. You can take the airport shuttle bus night line to the Century Avenue Metro Station first. The operating hours of this bus line are from 23:00 till 45 minutes after the last flight. The ticket fare is around CNY 30 per person. Then you may take a taxi to the Pudong New Area at the cost of CNY 20-30.

If you take the taxi after midnight, the starting price and the price of each kilometer will be higher than the price in the day time. To be exact, it will cost around CNY130 to Pudong New Area in the day time, while about CNY170 after 23:00.
I’m sorry that I didn’t find the specific floor you can take these vehicles. You may follow the signs or ask the staff to help you get there when you arrive at PVG.

will there be double charges after midnight if i prefer taxi instead of shutter bus?
and at which level can i get to either shuttle bus or taxi stand ?
