Hi, adapters are needed for power outlets during the trip? If yes where can we buy them?

Yes, the adapter is needed since the electricity supply voltage is different between China and Europe. You may buy it in your country beforehand. Usually the hotels in big cities like Beijing, Xian or Shanghai provide adapter for their guests. But it is more convenient for you to take one with you during the trip.
