Panjin, Jiumenkou Great Wall and Laolongtou Great Wall (Old Dragon's Head)

Hello,
We have 3 days stop over in Beijing in September and we would like to travel to visit PJ since I have heard about it many times but never had enough time to visit before. Someone suggested we should also visit Jiumenkou great wall and Laolongtou great wall. Can you suggest logistic by train and buses for us to travel? We need to get back to Bejing to fly back to Hong Kong to continue with another tour. Thanks.

You are advised to visit the Jumenkou Great Wall and Laolongtou Great Wall first, and then go back to visit PJ. Here are the specific routes.
On the first day, you can take a train at the Beijing Railway Station to Dongdaihe Railway Station, which departs at 06:58, 07:31, 13:49 and 15:51. The duration is around 3 hours. Upon arrival, you can take a taxi to Laolongtou Scenic Spot directly. After visiting there, you can take a direct bus to JIumenkou Great Wall in the peak season. If there is no bus for you to take, you may take a taxi to Jiumenkou directly.
On the Second day, you can take a train at the Dongdaihe Railway Station back to PJ Railway Station which departs at 09:29 with the duration of 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, you can visit the Reed Marsh, Wetland Museum, Folklore Museum, Red Beach and the Moon Wetland Park in the city.
On the third day, if you don’t finish the visit of the last day, you may continue to explore the city. Afterwards, you may take a train back to Beijing to catch your flight.
