Hike from : Shanhaiguan Pass - Mt. Changshou - Jiumenkou - Shimenzhai Town - how long does it take ?

I refer to the hike on your website

Is this hike designed to be done in only one day, looking at the map online it seems quite far if walking the whole route ? How far is it between Mt. Changshou - Jiumenkou and is it easy to find the path/road that leads between these two places (I don't want to get lost hehe) ?
