Can i get the 114 hours visa with the below flight details

Good afternoon.
I am planning a business trip to Shanghai and Seoul. My travel agent has given me the below flight information. Is it ok to transit in Shanghai to Seoul and then come back in on the 144 hour free program and then leave China Eastern Airlines(option 1) or do i have to take Option 2 below.
