How to get ARC card?Can I apply for M visa without that card?I dont live in Korea!

Generally, if a foreigner live, work or study in Korea, he/she can apply for the Korean ARC card.
That's difficult for you to apply for the business M type in Korea without the ARC card. You are suggested to make the application from your home country.0
