About:China Consulate in Houston

Appointment and payment method

1.) Do you need an appointment to apply for the visa at the Houston consulate? If so where do we schedule it?
2.) Do they take credit cards? or what other payment methods?
3.) Is it going to be open on Good Friday ( 04/14/2017)?

1.) You don't need to make an appointment for the application.
2.) Methods of payment: credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), money order, cashier's check or company check. (from official website of Houston consulate)
3.) It will be open on Good Friday.
