About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA -> Shanghai -> Thailand -> Shanghai -> USA

We are traveling from the USA to Shanghai (72 hours) then to Thailand for a week, then back to Shanghai (72 hours) then finally back to the USA.

Do we qualify? Thank you.
