About:China Visa

When I make my hotel reservations it does not show my wifes name on the confirmation

only mine as the paying customer. How can I deal with this regarding her application for visa to confirm lodgings?

Randall, your wife can also provide the hotel reservation as proof of accommodation. If necessary, you two can provide marriage certificate to prove your relationship. It won’t be a problem anymore.
