opening hours of service stops with cruise tickets

Hello,
please, the service starts at 9am and ends at what time?

Hi, 9am is the cruise set sailing time, not the ticket service time. I think each ticket window has different service time. I think you should call the main ticket office at 0773-2825502 or 0773-2826484.
