Toddlers going up the cable car?

Hi, I'm travelling next week and staying in lijiang, i didn't think it would be possible to go close to the mountain but I have been reading and now I see there is several plateaus, there's a cable car, but I haven't been able to figure out if small kids are allowed. Do you have any infos regarding this?thanks
