As I know, there are many nice tourist spots in New Territories. You are advised to tour around the following places if you have enough time:
Cheung Chau Island, Wetland Park, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Mai Po Natural Reserve, Ngong Ping 360, Noah's Arch, Sai Kung Peninsula and Shatin.
