It depends on the airlines and route as well. Usually for China domestic routes, most airlines allow 20kg luggage for free including 5kg carry-on luggage. It over 20kg, there should be an extra fee 1.5% of the full ticket price per kg. Some budget airlines and internations routes are very different.0
