How to get to Dali from Shangri-La by bus/by train. What time is the first bus/train?

There is no direct train that operates between these two places. And I didn't find any lastest bus schedules. Sorry for that! I have checked the information on the Internet and only found out the schedule in 2014. I will list it to you for reference. You can take a shuttle bus at Main Passenger Terminal. The operating time is during 07:30 to 19:30. There are dozen buses in one day. The ticket fare is around CNY76/person. You are advised to consult the staff when you arriving at the bus station.
