Will it be less busy on February 4th/5th out of any of the days during the week of Chinese New Year?

As these days are Chinese New Year's Eve and CNY Day, just wondering if these days might be a little less busy as Chinese people would be celebrating with their family? And is it open on these days?

It will open on these days. Generally speaking, it will be less busy on Feb.4th and Feb.5th. :)
