About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Chinese Citizen/Work on Temporary Residence

My Girlfriend is a Chinese Citizen, when we are married we are thinking of moving back. Are you allowed to work on a temporary residence card or will I have to reapply for a Visa as well? I am of Canadian Decent.

Sean, you should apply for a work Z type in advance, so that you can work in China legally.
