Please, I need an information how to hike to Xihai Grand Canyon in one day starting from Tangkou in the morning. I need a shortest itinerary in order to be feasible for 2 persons (medium physical fit- maybe not more than 6-7 hours hiking) starting from morning till evening.Thank you.

You are advised to take a bus at the Tangkou Transit Center to Yungu Temple. Then buy the entrance ticket and cableway ticket. Afterwards, you can take a cable car to White Goose Ridge. Then you may hike as the following steps.White Goose Ridge - Shixin Peak – Beihai – Xihai – Paiyun Pavilion – Xihai Grand Canyon – Baiyun – Tianhai - Turtle Peak - scaling ladder – Yuping Greeting PineThen you may take the Yuping Cableway to Ciguang Temple, where you can take bus back to Tangkou.

Hi,Thanks for answer.Can you tell me, approximately, how long can be the hike for suggested route(excluding busses/cableways)? I want to be sure we will be fit to do it ...(I  consider we are in normal/medium fit)  :)Thank you
