About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am a courier with a package for Shenzhen.

Can I use this exception to Go to Shenzhen from USA via HKG? I am a USA citizen and will return directly from Shenzhen airport as soon as package is delivered.

No, since US citizens are not eligible for the SEZ visa.
